When I joined Kishmish Organic Skincare as a Digital Marketing Manager, their monthly sales were just 480K PKR. They had great products but lacked the right digital marketing approach. My goal was simple: fix the issues, attract more customers, and boost sales.
Step 1: Fixing the Basics
- Made the website user-friendly – improved navigation, product pages, and checkout.
- Did on-page SEO – targeted the right keywords and wrote blogs to bring organic traffic.
- Worked with the sales team – understood what customers actually needed.
Step 2: Creating Engaging Video Ads
- Designed videos that solved customer problems.
- Posted them on the website, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp to get attention.
- Result: Sales jumped to 1.7 million PKR in the first month!
Step 3: Running Google Ads
- Set up Google Merchant Center and uploaded all products.
- Launched Google Shopping Ads to attract serious buyers.
- Result: Sales hit 2.9 million PKR in the next month!
Step 4: Using Influencers & Customer Content
- Collected real customer reviews & videos (UGC – user-generated content).
- Paid influencers to promote the brand and build trust.
- Helped increase brand credibility and conversion rates.
Step 5: Testing & Scaling
- Tested different ad creatives, audiences, and messaging.
- Found the winning ads and increased budgets to scale further.
The Final Result?
After optimizing everything, we hit 4.5 million PKR in sales per month!
